Motivation

There is no better way to motivate yourself to stick to a workout routine than posting "before" pictures on the internet! Ahhh! Did I really do that? I've decided since Jason is making so much progress with the p90x and there is no way in heck I am doing 60-90 minutes per night, that I would try the 30 day shred. Since I didn't want to muddy the clean waters of my blog with my workout nonsense, you can read (and see) about it Here:

  1. Someone else doing the shred?! Really? Are you all conspiring against me trying to get me to do it with you? If you're telling me I can't have cake, it's not going to work. I'm not that easily swayed!
